About
I believe our genuine connection imbued with presence and empathy in a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental conversational style can comfortably support you in shifting what needs attention so that you can be seen, again, anew by yourself and others.
I work with individuals in all stages of life, who have an interest in growth and change for themselves. I particularly enjoy working with “creative types”, people in transition, Highly Sensitive People, and people in education and business.
I like to create a non-judgmental, accepting and compassionate space with a supportive, loving, empathetic presence. And a sense of humor! At the same time, I believe an interactive dynamic interaction of genuine connection can provide the support for change and moving out of a stuck or difficult place in life. I bring solid training, clinical skills, and long term practice expertise to manifest clear and concrete solutions in your life.
I graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and obtained an M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 1994 from JFK University, with specializations in trauma-informed, relational and holistic therapies. I also utilize EMDR and EMDR/Flash.
